1. Introduction

Welcome to BlknMatch! These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our applications and our related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by BlknMatch AB ("we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account or by using the Service, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility requirements

In order to use BlknMatch, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must not have previously been banned from BlknMatch for violating our terms or safety rules.
  • You must not have been convicted of any violent crime or sexual crime.
  • You must have the legal right to enter into a binding contract with us.

If we discover that you are in violation of any of these requirements, we reserve the right to immediately delete your account without notice.

3. Account creation and security

When creating an account, you are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you suspect that someone else has gained unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our customer service.

You may only have one personal account. It is not allowed to create fake profiles or represent someone other than yourself.

4. Rules for user behavior

We want BlknMatch to be a safe and positive platform for everyone. Therefore, you agree that not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Harass, bully, insult or discriminate against other members.
  • Upload sexually explicit content, nudity or violent content.
  • Spam other users or use the platform for commercial marketing (unless you have an approved Business account).
  • Attempt to hack, overload or otherwise interfere with the functionality of the Service.
  • Scrape data or use bots to collect information from the platform.
  • Upload images of other people without their express consent.
  • Ask for money or engage in fraudulent activity.

Violations of these rules may result in warnings, suspension or permanent deletion of your account.

5. Content You Share

You retain ownership of the texts and images ("Your Content") that you publish on BlknMatch. However, by uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to store, display, reproduce and distribute it for the purpose of providing the Service.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review and remove content that violates our terms or that we deem inappropriate.

6. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Some features on BlknMatch are only available through Premium subscriptions. By starting a subscription, you agree to our payment terms:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (eg Stripe or Apple/Google Pay). Their respective terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
  • All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where expressly required by law (eg the statutory right of withdrawal in the EU within 14 days, provided the service has not started to be used).

7. Limitation of Liability

BlknMatch is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be error-free, secure or available. We are not responsible for the behavior of other users, whether online or offline. You interact with other members at your own risk and we encourage you to always follow our safety tips.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss that may occur through your use of the Service.

8. Termination of account

You can delete your account at any time via the settings in the app. We may at any time, without notice, suspend or delete your account if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms. If the changes are material, we will notify you, for example by email or via the app. Continued use of the Service after the changes come into force means that you accept the new terms.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These conditions are subject to Swedish law. Any disputes that arise in connection with these terms or the use of the Service must be settled in a Swedish court.
